Nick’s on the Splendid Table
What makes it worth a stop:
Roast beef is a big deal along Boston’s north shore. There are dozens of places, some good and some bad. The Sterns say Nick’s is the best of the bunch. It’s all about pink roast beef piled high on an onion bun with lots of condiments to choose from. The really good barbecue sauce is a favorite. This is an eat-in-the-rough, self-serve kind of place located in a strip mall storefront. The decor is simple: lots of photos of people standing in front of famous places all over the world and holding up a Nick’s bumper sticker!

nick’s for every occasions and visit. On ride in from Boston, can we stop for Nick’s.
